JobChief Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026.
This policy explains how Patrick Foundry LLC ("Patrick Foundry," "we," "us") handles information for JobChief, a construction field app, and the jobchief.app website. JobChief is still in development. The sections about the app describe what we expect to collect in general terms, and we will update this policy with specifics before the app launches.
Who we are
JobChief is provided by Patrick Foundry LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us at privacy@jobchief.app or hello@jobchief.app.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. We use them to send you launch news and product updates about JobChief. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. We do not sell or rent your waitlist information.
Website basics
When you visit jobchief.app, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These server logs are kept for a limited period. If we add analytics, we will use a minimal, privacy-focused approach and update this policy. The site uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, if any, and does not use advertising cookies.
The JobChief app
Before launch we will update this section with specifics. In general, the app may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, company name, and role, if you create an account (for example, a Foreman account).
- Job and project data you enter, such as job names, notes, tasks, crew details, photos, and other records you choose to add.
- Voice input, if you use the voice "job brain" feature. Audio and transcripts would be processed to provide that feature. We will explain exactly how voice data is processed and stored before the feature is released.
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, and app version.
- Crash and diagnostic data, used to find and fix problems.
We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve JobChief, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your job data for advertising.
Sharing with service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run JobChief, such as hosting, database, email delivery, crash reporting, and, for voice features, speech or AI processing providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
Retention
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed. We keep account and job data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after you delete your account, unless we need to keep some information to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
JobChief is a work tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, by contacting privacy@jobchief.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We may need to verify your request, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Changes
We will update this policy as JobChief develops and before the app launches. When we make changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, give notice on the website or in the app.
